Hill is providing project management services to Karimpol Group for the construction of Skyliner II, a new skyscraper in Warsaw, Poland. The 28-story, 130-meter tower will sit beside Skyliner I in Warsaw’s thriving Wola district. The two buildings will share a podium, including a glazed entrance foyer, a two-story hall, and a mezzanine. The podium will also feature 4,500 SM of retail and building service space. Outside, the towers will share landscaped grounds and other street-level amenities, creating a distinctive corporate campus environment.

The new building will provide approximately 24,000 SM of office space, with a standard office floor occupying 1,300 SM. The new tower’s design is intended to complement the main tower and will feature a variety of eco-friendly and sustainable elements, including a 900 SM rooftop garden. Karimpol aims to deliver a project that meets the requirements for BREEAM Outstanding certification and plans to power the building with renewable energy sources. Like Skyliner I, the peak of the tower will feature an illuminated glass structure. By accenting the first tower’s architectural features, Skyliner II will make both skyscrapers even more conspicuous in Warsaw’s skyline.

As project manager, Hill will leverage lessons learned and the strong relationships developed during the construction of Skyliner I to promote the delivery of Skyliner II in accordance with Karimpol’s cost, schedule, and quality goals.
