Hill International is providing comprehensive project management services during the design, tendering, construction, and handover phases of the New Colon Towers project in Madrid. The project includes the refurbishment of the existing building (excluding structural components), consolidation and reinforcement works, construction of four additional levels of offices, and comprehensive renovation of the building’s facades, installations, partitions, common areas, etc. Once complete, the project plans to achieve a Nearly Zero Energy Consumption Building certification, AEO A+ classification, and a Well Gold certificate. The building will be approximately 117 meters tall with a total build area of approximately 23,000 SM once complete.
