Hill is providing project management consulting services for the STC’s master plan for their King Abdul Aziz Telecommunication Complex. The project involves developing infrastructure including roads, underground services networks, cables, landscape and hardscape, new buildings, and the renovation and facelift of existing buildings. This includes a headquarters building, an administration building, multistory car park, multipurpose buildings, recreation facilities compromising food and beverage outlets, health club and spa facilities, retail spaces, and a mosque.
