Hill is providing on-call construction management services to the Port of Oakland’s Engineering Division for various federally funded Port construction projects during a three-year period. The work includes airport, maritime, and commercial real estate projects. Hill, together with a team of specialized subconsultants, will act as an extension of Port staff, providing planning, management, and project delivery support. In addition to protecting the Port’s interests, the Hill team will incorporate best practices and lessons learned from previous work for the Port.
