Hill managed the construction of the landmark Skyliner skyscraper project located in the Wola district of Warsaw. A major new office development in the Rondo Daszyńskiego area, Skyliner stands at 195 meters and offers 44,000 SM of leasable space. The building was designed by the APA Wojciechowski architectural studio and represents Karimpol’s largest and most high-profile project in Central and Eastern Europe. Features of the building include anticipated BREEAM certification, panoramic elevator, an 800 SM bar and restaurant located 165 meters above street level, and a 5-story underground parking garage.
