The mixed-use Hi Piotrkowska project is comprised of three buildings: two office buildings and a 149-room hotel. The centerpiece 82 meter high-rise building is certified BREEAM thanks to energy and water efficiency, CO2 reductions during construction, and recycling of construction debris. Hill provided project and cost management services for this landmark project.
