Hill provided project management services for the Etihad Towers, a world-class, mixed-use development located on the prestigious coastline of Khalidyah in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The development comprises 5 towers ranging from 49 to 76 stories above a 5-level podium with a built-up area of 519,000 SM. The Towers are home to an impressive five-star hotel and serviced apartments, residences, offices, and a retail mall. The retail arcade is designed, built, and finished to cater to top-of-the-line signature fashion and jewelry designers.

The project differed from other developments in the region because of its unique planning process. As part of this innovative process, all key project components were introduced from the very outset of the project. In addition, the project owner, project manager, consultants, contractor, facility manager, hotel operator, district cooling services provider, financier, and real estate/property manager were involved from the initial planning stages, thus allowing for a continuous flow of communication and an ability to manage the expectations of all parties concerned in an effective and timely manner.
