Hill provided construction management, owner’s representative, and project management services for this 1.1 million SF overhaul of corporate offices featuring a 100,000 SF trading floor. The new trading floor features state-of-the-art technology, inclusive of 550 sit/stand trading positions, workspace for 268 trading support positions, a 20’ x 50’ cantilevered stock ticker, and a command center located one floor above. Other notable architectural features include an articulated ceiling containing recessed lighting, providing a soothing appearance of meandering rivers, and a glass and wire-cable staircase interconnecting the two levels of trading floors.
