Athens International Airport Lender’s Technical Advisory

AIA and its lenders have selected Hill International to provide lenders’ technical advisory, regulatory and approvals advisory, and technical due diligence services for an approximately €128.7 million capital expenditure program. The multi-project investment program involves the expansion and upgrade of critical airport infrastructure to support increased capacity and operational efficiency.

Hill’s scope of services includes technical and regulatory advisory support, as well as technical due diligence for six projects associated with the Airport’s capital expenditure program, including:

1. Main Terminal Extension
2. Baggage Handling Reconfiguration
3. Arrivals and Departures Curbside and Parking Lot Interventions
4. New “Υ2” Apron, General Aviation Apron, Ramp Service Station Building, and Sewage Disposal Building
5. Operational and Aesthetic Enhancements of the Airport’s Satellite Terminal Building (STB)
6. Construction of a New 16 MWp Photovoltaic Park
