The development includes one of the first branded residential neighborhoods in Egypt, an innovative office complex designed for the most prestigious organizations, an unparalleled variety of shopping destinations and fine dining experiences, a sprawling green park thriving with a selection of native flora, and a W Hotel by Marriott International. The total area of the development is 344,000 SM with a built-up area of 276,000 SM. Hill is providing project management services to Landmark Sabbour for the master plan of the development.
