The Zumurrud Investment Mall project comprises the delivery of a large shopping center with space for retail, dining, and entertainment facilities. The delivery of the new shopping center is the first phase of the Libyan Development and Investment Holding Company’s Bab Bab Trabolous 2 mixed-use development program. In addition to the mall, the 135,000 SM development will feature office towers and a five-star hotel. When complete, Bab Trabolous 2 will be the country’s first large-scale, multi-use shopping complex. The landmark development is expected to serve as a hub for business, tourism, retail, and leisure and create approximately 3,000 jobs.
Zumurrud Libya for Real Estate Investment selected Hill to provide project management consultancy services for the Zumurrud Investment Mall project. Our role includes oversight of project planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction management to help ensure alignment with international quality standards and our client’s long-term investment objectives.
