Hill was selected by the Wellpinit SD No. 49 to be its project and construction management consultant for their capital improvement project. The project modernizes all classrooms and renovates an inadequate heating, air conditioning, and ventilation system; improves life-safety systems; installs new electrical service and distribution systems; renovates the kitchen; and constructs ADA accommodations and site improvements to the facility. Major classroom and educational renovations included a Career and Technical Education (CTE) wing with a digital computer lab adjacent to the renovated wood shop and installation of new equipment that complements the CTE program.
