Hill was hired by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) to provide owner’s agent services for the Groveport Madison High School project. This $50 million, 240,000 SF high school houses 1,500 students.

As construction manager, Hill managed the project’s budget and schedule during design and reviewed the design to verify constructability and compliance with state design standards. During construction, Hill was responsible for contract administration, site management, quality management, and scheduling. Hill also supported project closeout, oversaw commissioning, and helped resolve warranty issues.
