Lagoh represents a new generation of retail project. Designed by the renowned firm L35, Lagoh’s innovative architecture incorporates 11,000 SM of green roofing and is eligible for BREEAM “Very Good” certification.

Distributed over two levels totaling more than 100,000 SM, the commercial, leisure, and restaurant area of the center is organized around a 6,500 SM lake, which is the focus and identity of the project. This feature provides climatic and visual advantages, as the large water plane will act as a thermal regulator and improve the biodiversity of the local environment.

Inside, the commercial area is organized along a two-level street, connected to the outside area at three points and coinciding with the main squares and entrances at the two ends and in the center of the route, where the kiosks of the Gourmet Market are located. This space allows for a high level of natural light, following the principles of sustainability that prevail throughout the design.

Hill provided technical management services for the project and was fully integrated within the client’s team. Hill’s Senior Project Manager is coordinating all the agents involved, leading the project management work, and representing the client based on their technical knowledge of similar projects.
