Hill managed the construction of the 52-story North Tower project, known as The Address Istanbul, located in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul. The high-rise featured a two-story restaurant and indoor garden, a viewing deck, five floors of penthouses and related amenities, 11 floors of hotel rooms, and 30 stories of residences.
The Address Residence Istanbul offered 197 fully furnished units ranging from one to three bedrooms, while The Address Residence Sky View Istanbul included 123 luxury residences with floor plans from one to five bedrooms, as well as exclusive penthouses.
This landmark project was designed by the prestigious architectural firm Foster & Partners.
