Hill is providing construction management support for the addition and renovation of the Hanna-Maurer Center on the Bowling Green University campus in Bowling Green, OH. Originally opened in 1921, the Hanna-Maurer Center contains classroom and office spaces. The 40,000 SF renovation will update the existing building interior, while the addition will provide an additional 50,000 SF of space for the new home of the University’s College of Business Administration. The goal of the project is to create a space for faculty, students, and business professionals to engage and collaborate. Interior spaces will promote interaction, while classrooms, labs, offices, and other spaces are intermixed on each floor to encourage informal learning. The project is being delivered using the CM-at-Risk method.

Hill’s construction management tasks include guiding the project team during the construction phase, supporting the design stage to maintain alignment of scope, establishing project cost management systems, and helping develop the CM-at-Risk bidding document. Hill is also providing daily on-site help for quality control, coordination, and safety.
