Hill is providing project management support for the construction of roadbed, major and minor bridges, track linking, signals and communications, and overhead electrical and general electrical works for the doubling of the 120 KM Varanasi Division of the North Eastern Railway in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Hill is assisting RVNL in implementing the project, from verification, establishment of reference points., and data provision, to completion of all works and handover. Specific tasks include design review, quality assurance, project controls, construction supervision, conflict and change management, and measurement and payment. The team will also verify safety measures are in place as planned at work sites and confirming the safety of trains, people, structures, and properties adjacent to work sites.
