Hill International has been appointed as the Project Management Consultant for the Three Island City Centre (“Three ICC”), a luxury residential development by The Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company in the heart of Mumbai, India.
The project follows Hill’s previous PMC work on ICC Phases 1 and 2, which comprised two high-rise residential towers on the same site. Three ICC includes three residential towers with a total built-up area of approximately 242,754 sq m. Tower A will have two basements, a ground floor, five podium levels, an amenity floor, two service floors, and 37 residential floors reaching a height of 170 meters. Towers B and C will each have two basements, a ground floor, podium levels, an amenity floor, two service floors, and 58 residential floors, each reaching 240 meters. The development features a five-level common podium for parking and a sixth-floor amenity deck with landscaped areas and a swimming pool. Residential floors begin from the seventh floor, offering premium living spaces and world-class amenities.
Hill International will provide comprehensive project management consultancy services, including overall project management, design management, value engineering, bid management, construction management, and post-construction delivery management. Hill will proactively address risks, provide solutions, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This appointment demonstrates Hill International’s capability in managing large-scale, complex residential developments and supporting clients with global best practices in project management and construction supervision.
