The Landmark Nicosia Autograph Collection Hotel

MHV undertook the redevelopment of the Landmark Nicosia Autograph Collection Hotel. One of Cyprus’s most iconic hospitality assets, the hotel originally opened in 1967 as the Hilton Cyprus. It now operates under Marriott International’s Autograph Collection brand.

The redevelopment included architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other interior upgrades across guest-facing and back-of-house areas. The hotel now offers 265 rooms and 18 suites with upgraded finishes and enhanced layouts. The project also delivered new dining options, including the first Sumosan outlet in Cyprus and the new Vetrina, as well as the refurbished Orangery. Other scope items included upgrades to the hotel’s ballroom, landscaping, new retail spaces, the expansion of the hotel’s wellness facilities, and much more.

Hill International provided project and construction management services for the project. Our multidisciplinary team managed civil, architectural, building systems, and project controls disciplines from concept to completion. We were responsible for project kickoff, design review, coordination, procurement, construction supervision, contract administration, budget control and value engineering, commissioning of all building systems, and handover to operations.

 The Landmark Towers

Hill will continue to provide project management services for MHV’s associated Landmark Towers project, which comprises the delivery of a 16-story office tower and a 17-story residential tower. The office tower features secure underground parking and is expected to meet the requirements for LEED Gold certification. The residential tower includes 54 units, as well as penthouse villas with private pools and gardens.

Our scope includes design review, coordination, procurement, construction supervision, contract administration, interface management with hotel infrastructure, and commissioning services. As the Landmark Nicosia Autograph Collection Hotel has opened, Hill is also coordinating with operations to help ensure safety for hotel staff and guests while limiting the impact of construction on the guest experience.
