Hill is providing project management and construction management services for this mixed-use development. Known earlier as the QIMC Tower – after the client, Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company – the Corniche Park Towers has a total gross floor area of 121,117 square meters, and comprises of three towers linked to a common core, built on top of a six-storey podium of F&B, retail and hotel public areas, with four basements of mechanical rooms, car parking space and hotel main kitchen below. The core is 42 storeys, with the hotel wing having 39 storeys (5-star hotel), the apartment wing of 30 storeys (branded residential apartments) and the office wing 25 storeys with QIMC’s own headquarters occupying the upper floors. The total height of the project is 186 meters.
