Hill provided project management services for the construction of the Secon Nile Towers. The towers featured two 23-story buildings. Located in these buildings were a five-star hotel, a residential tower, and a retail tower. The Secon Nile Towers further shaped Giza’s skyline and added to the city’s tourism appeal. The project had a total built-up area of approximately 110,000 SM.
The Saudi Egyptian Construction Co. Secon Nile Towers project in Giza, Egypt, was honored with the Award of Merit in the Residential/Hospitality category at the ENR 2024 Global Best Projects.
