Hill is providing client representative services for the new 160,000 SM Rixos Water World Aktau Resort Hotel. The new resort hotel represents one of the first investments made by the Kazakhstan Investment Development Fund in the hospitality industry. The Rixos Water World Aktau is being built on a 3 KM stretch of coastline on the Caspian Sea. The beachfront property will include villas, a heated swimming pool, a children’s water park, a golf zone, a football field, and a tennis court. Hill is responsible for monitoring costs and managing the construction for the resort.
