Hill provided owner’s representative services to Ho-Chunk Nation for the design and construction of their hotel and casino expansion projects. The projects included Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells, Ho-Chunk Gaming Black River Falls, and Ho-Chunk Gaming Wittenberg. Ho-Chunk Nation owns and operates six casinos in a class II facility in Wisconsin with 344,000 SF of gaming space, offering 5,318 class II and class III slot machines and 85 game tables. Work included renovations and expansion to the gaming floors, two new three-star hotels, new steakhouse restaurants and dining venues, significant facade and branding modernizations, utility and infrastructure improvements, and Phase II planning.
