Hill provided project and construction management services for the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and Nobu Hotel. Situated on picturesque beach front property in the resort town of Cabo San Lucas. The all-inclusive, 639-room Hard Rock Hotel property, the brand’s fourth Mexican destination, will feature six restaurants, multiple pool sites, and 54,000 SF of meeting space in addition to the classic “rock ‘n’ roll” themes that complete the resort experience. Nobu Hotel, the first of its brand in Mexico, comprises 200 rooms, a spa, retail stores, lounges, and the Hotel’s signature restaurant, Nobu.
