Hill provided project management services for this 51,000 SF Clinical Research Unit project. Phase one involved the renovation of three upper level floors, and phase two entailed renovation of the small entry on the ground floor. Program elements featured two floors with sleeping quarters, clinic and lab space, shower and dining facilities, one floor for administrative personnel and the pharmacy, and a partial floor for check-in and reception.
