This municipal project involves transforming an existing 28,000 SF office building into a fully functional 68,000 SF Police and Court Facility. Once complete, the new facility will combine all of the bureaus of the Westerville Division of Police, including the Mayor’s Court, Investigations, and Emergency Communications (9-1-1). Hill’s support includes pre-construction phase reviews, construction management and inspection, and post-construction closeout services.
