Hill International is providing project management services for the Habitat Sinfonia development in Valencia, Spain. This new development by Habitat Inmobiliaria features 71 one- and two-bedroom apartments and sets a new standard for contemporary living in Quatre Carreres, one of the most exciting neighborhoods in central Valencia. Habitat Sinfonía comprises two blocks with a ground floor and four floors. The project is designed by the renowned architecture studio Sanahuja y Asociados. The development features easy access to services and amenities and is sited nearby the beautiful Jardín de Turia, the City of Arts and Sciences, the new Casal España Arena auditorium, and is close to several shopping and leisure centers. Habitat Sinfonia also offers excellent connections to Valencia’s city center.

Hill’s support for the project includes construction oversight, schedule and budget monitoring, quantity surveying, and inspection, among other services. Given the project’s unique urban location, the works necessitate a detailed logistics and staging approach, which Hill is helping to execute.
