The Ritz Carlton Residences on Tilkicik Bay at Yalıkavak, Turkey, is a gated community composed of 74 private villas and amenities. The community is situated on a private, 126,000 SM peninsula with a 2.7 km stretch of shoreline and beaches. The 74 villas are available in 3 layouts with 10 unique options, all designed by the South African architectural firm SAOTA. Floor plans range from 300 SM to nearly 500 SM. Each villa features a private heated swimming pool, a landscaped garden, a cabana, a sun terrace, a pond at the entrance, a maid room, and a technical room. Architecturally, the buildings align with the design and environmental characteristics of nearby Bodrum, with natural materials and local plantings. 

Social amenities include a beach, sun terraces and decks, massage cabanas, a community pool, a swimmable natural pond, restaurant and bar, fitness center, kids club, concierge, and club house with owner’s lounge, spa, and media and meeting rooms. The project represented the first stand-alone residence project of the Ritz-Carlton Residences group in Europe, Middle East, and Asia and is the first investment of Aksoy Ventures Energy and Tourism Inc.
