The Kingdom Health Project
In conjunction with the University College London (UCL) Medical School and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Health system, the SJFMEI Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Saudi Jordanian Investment Fund (SJIF), is undertaking the $400 million Kingdom Health Project to establish a new integrated healthcare and academic campus in Amman.

Hill managed the reclamation of The Palm Jumeirah, one of three artificial Islands planned in the Arabian Gulf off the coast of Dubai, UAE. Hill also managed the construction of 1,300 villas on the island’s “fronds.” The “trunk” of the island provides public entertainment, amusement, shopping, dining, and some residential facilities.
