Hill provided owner’s representative services to OhioHealth, Central Ohio’s largest health system, for the Marion Bed Tower project as part of a four-year master plan. The renovation project included a 3-story expansion that converted patient rooms from double occupancy to all-private and the $2.5 million, 6,400 SF renovation of existing endoscopy rooms into 7 modern endoscopy rooms and 3 new procedure rooms. The project supports OhioHealth’s plan to increase patient referrals to the hospital from Marion and the surrounding counties and provides resources for sicker patients to reside in Marion Hospital instead of transferring to Columbus Hospital.

Hill coordinated the projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities included meeting with OhioHealth business units, determining project scopes, developing comprehensive capital budgets, and assisting with the approval process. The Hill team’s expertise was critical in selecting qualified project consultants and procuring support for interior design, construction testing, commissioning, branding, furniture, signage, equipment, moves, and other needs.
