The Turkcell Avrupa Data Center project encompasses more than 37,000 SM with more than 7,200 SM of white space. The facility is supported by a 38.8-megawatt energy capacity, 242 seismic isolators, and 80 viscos dampers installed under the building, so that the data center can withstand earthquakes of up to a 9.0 magnitude on the Richter scale. Avrupa meets end-to-end customer needs with cloud, security, and access services. Continuity of these services is ensured by transformers, UPS systems, and resilient generators. The project will have a Tier III design certificate and is certified LEED Gold. Hill provided project management services for the project.
