Hill delivered project monitoring services for this 208,000 SF residential development. Orchid Springs is a luxury gated community located near Anna Nagar West Extension in Padi consisting of 2,026 lake view houses, a shopping mall, multiplex, and a 50,000 SF clubhouse. Spread over 18 acres, Orchid Springs includes eight individual blocks of Vaastu-compliant flats with different layouts ranging from two- to four-bedrooms. Located between two major ring roads, the development offers excellent connectivity to all parts of Chennai. Hill’s report was key to monitoring the claims against the actual work done and balance cost to incur.
