The Colony Branded Residences project involved a unique complex of buildings situated among age-old landmarks in Rome, Italy. The overall development encompassed 14 buildings in downtown Rome, with 10 buildings targeted as branded residences. Acting as the owner’s representative, Hill provided project management services for one of the renovations through a staff augmentation contract. By controlling costs, schedule, and quality, the Hill team helped manage the transformation of the existing building into a high-end residential facility.
