Hill provided project management services for the new Jennie Sealy Hospital, which represents one of Texas’ leading patient care resources and will provide a diverse range of clinical resources built to train tomorrow’s healthcare providers. The 650,000 SF, 13-floor facility is designed to provide occupants with an abundance of natural light and promotes patient- and family-centered healthcare. The facility contains nearly 250 hospital rooms, a 54-bed intensive care unit, and 20 state-of-the-art operating suites. These suites will include ample room to accommodate technologically demanding procedures in fields such as neurosurgery, organ transplantation, and orthopedic surgery.
