Hill is providing project and construction management services for the Tripoli Third Ring Road (TTRR), a major infrastructure project that will reduce congestion and improve connectivity in Libya’s capital.
The project involves the construction of a 23.8-kilometer, fully fenced 6-lane expressway, designed to international standards. The road includes 14 major interchanges, multiple overpasses and tunnels, 14 pedestrian bridges, service roads, and a full package of safety systems, lighting, signage, and markings. Located in the northeast of Tripoli, the TTRR connects the Second Ring Road on the western side of the city to Al Fatah Road, providing a key transport link across the capital.
The first phase of the project, opened to traffic in 2025, covers a six-kilometer stretch between Ghout Al Shaal Roundabout and Al Falah Bridge.
