Hill is providing construction management services in connection with a new Federal field office in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The project, located within the Federal campus in the Hato Rey section of San Juan, includes an office building, technical services annex, and parking garage. The total size of the Federal campus is approximately 27 acres, with up to 6 acres allocated to the new facility. The new office building is part of a consolidation of two existing office buildings into a single facility.
The project received the ENR Southeast 2020 Best Project for Best Government/Public Building Category.
