The National Water Company (NWC), a Saudi joint stock company wholly owned by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is delivering programs and projects across NWC’s cluster offices in Jeddah, Abha, Madinah, Riyadh, Dammam, and Qassim. These projects encompass connecting drinking water with customers, boosting underground water resources, increasing reservoir capacity, reducing network losses, and improving treatment processes and facilities.
Hill was awarded the PMO contract for the NWC’s projects, to be delivered over a five-year period. Hill’s PMO support will encompass strategic planning and on-site project and construction management, functional support to NWC business units, reporting to NWC’s head office, change management, claims avoidance, project controls, contract management, engineering interface management, testing and commissioning management, knowledge transfer, and project handover and closeout.
