On behalf of DEPA, a group of companies with a strong presence in Greece’s natural gas and energy sector, Hill International provided technical due diligence and related advisory services for the sale of 65% of the shares of DEPA Infrastructure S.A.
Prior to the transaction, the Hill team reviewed and analyzed DEPA Infrastructure and its subsidiaries, as well as the companies’ physical assets. Our review covered technical, operational, and asset-related factors relevant to the transaction. After identifying technical and operational risks, we also proposed appropriate risk mitigation measures. Additionally, we prepared and submitted technical due diligence reports, updated due diligence reports as needed, and reviewed and updated our client’s independent business plan throughout the transaction.
