The Greek Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has selected Hill International to provide technical and financial consultancy services in relation to the Greek State’s concession agreement with Attiki Odos S.A. for the operation and maintenance of the Attiki Odos, the more than 70-km ring road in Athens.
Hill’s scope includes providing due diligence with a focus on the financial factors impacting the long-stop completion date for the return of the asset to the State. We are also monitoring the execution of specific contractual obligations by the concessionaire, including heavy maintenance works and the upgrade of the road’s toll collection system.
