Eladio Castrodad is responsible for Hill’s project consulting operations for the Southeast Region of the United States and the Caribbean from the company’s Miami office. Eladio performs hands-on project direction, analysis of project objectives, solutions development, quality control, project deliverables, project execution within budget and schedule, development of project execution plans and procedures, project performance tracking, and project reporting. Eladio participates in all critical aspects, verifies project goals are met, and provides leadership from critical development through project completion.

Jaime R. Chavarriaga has more than 33 years of experience in the development and implementation of major projects and programs at domestic and international airports throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America. He has conducted airport facilities conditions assessments, and subsequently created Capital Development programs to correct deficiencies. He is also experienced in planning, design, and construction of terminals, airport facilities, airfield pavements, and infrastructure and airfield support systems with expertise in both U.S. and international airport AHJ requirements.
