Meet our speaker:

Aileen Schwarts ESQ. |Senior Vice President, General Counsel Americas and Chief Privacy Officer

Aileen R. Schwartz is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Americas and Chief Privacy Officer. Her responsibilities include contract and lease review and negotiation, litigation management, mergers and acquisitions, advising on employment law, human resource investigations, implementation and compliance worldwide with privacy laws, and response and prevention to cybersecurity breaches.

Prior to joining Hill, Ms. Schwartz was General Counsel to The Quaker Group, a privately owned company that specialized in real estate development and construction. She also served as President of Quaker Construction, Inc., Human Resource Coordinator, and Corporate Secretary to The Quaker Group. Ms. Schwartz is a generalist and has extensive experience within a wide variety of areas, including corporate, litigation, contracts, insurance, employment, privacy, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate and construction law.

Ms. Schwartz earned a B.A. in Fine Arts and English from The University of Pennsylvania, College of Arts and Sciences, and a J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia. She is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
