Waleed Abdel-Fattah is the company’s President of the Middle East and North Africa regions. Mr. Abdel-Fattah has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and management of complex capital projects, including leading Hill’s Africa region to exponential growth and helping to delivering several landmark infrastructure, tourism, healthcare, and other programs and projects. Mr. Abdel-Fattah holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University in Egypt.

James has undertaken major roles at the most senior level for both Clients and Consultants across a broad range of sectors including retail, residential, hospitality and mixed use and has a strong reputation for delivery to budget and program. He is well versed in best practice and used to controlling large teams of professionals on complex projects.
