Hill provided project management support services to Technipetrol Hellas S.A., an affiliate of Technip S.A., for the construction of the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) project. 

TAP is the European leg of the Southern Gas Corridor, a complex chain of energy projects that links natural gas supplies from Azerbaijan to Europe. The pipeline starts at the Greece–Turkey border at Kipoi, Evros, where it is connected with the Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline. It crosses Greece, Albania, and the Adriatic Sea and comes ashore in Italy near San Foca. The total length of the pipeline is 878 km, of which 550 km is in Greece, 215 km is in Albania, 105 km is offshore, and 8 km is in Italy. The offshore leg is laid at a maximum depth of 810 meters. 

The initial capacity of the pipeline is 10 billion CM of natural gas per year, of which 8 billion CM is delivered to Italy, 1 billion CM to Greece, and 1 billion CM to Bulgaria. Capacity will be expanded up to 20 billion CM. The pipeline uses 1,200 mm pipes for pressure of 95 bars on the onshore section and 910 mm pipes for pressure of 145 bars on the offshore section.
