Hill provided technical due diligence services in support of CVC Capital Partners’ potential acquisition of a 49% stake in HEDNO, the organization responsible for the operation and maintenance of Greece’s electrical grid.
Our scope of services included the review and evaluation of HEDNO’s organizational structure and management procedures in relation to operation and maintenance activities. We also reviewed and assessed the condition of the entire electrical distribution network, including associated equipment, maintenance policies and programs, and historical data reflecting the condition and performance of key assets. By carrying out technical site inspections, our team verified network conditions. In addition, Hill prepared capital and operational expenditure forecasts, including budgets for required maintenance and planned development programs, and provided technical input on transaction documentation.
