For this prestigious and unique project, Hill supported Beyond Limits – one of the most sought-after PMC companies focused on B.I.E. Expos, with great experience gained participating in Expo 2015 Milan, Expo 2017 Astana, Expo Dubai 2020, and Expo 2025 Osaka – to provide a number of services in coordination with Beyond Limits’ PM team in Osaka.
Hill provided Project Control Monitoring for the Pavillion. Every month, Hill verified production deviations from the baseline and provided an Earned Value Analysis to verify the percentage of the deviations and the progress of the work as well as any mitigation actions required. Based on construction progress, Hill then finalized the closing of the monthly payment certificates. Hill also provided support for RFI management for each one of the project’s defined milestones. This helped ensure the timely circulation of information and instruction to the contractors.
