Hill provided construction management services for the Interstate 476 (Blue Route) Rehabilitation. The project involved design of a traffic control plan to coordinate with the ongoing concurrent reconstruction of the Schuylkill River Bridges, the reconstruction of approximately 3.5 miles of roadway between the I-76 Interchange and the Mid-County Interchange with the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and the temporary maintenance of existing ITS devices including VDS systems and ramp meters located within the project limits for the duration of the construction.
