Hill provided on-site resident engineering services to the Port of Seattle’s Seaport Division to support the upgrade of two seaport terminals. The Seattle Seaport is one of the ten busiest in North America, handling more than 21 million tons of cargo per year. Hill provided services for two projects: the upgrade of Terminal 30, one of the port’s largest and busiest, and the upgrade of cargo Terminal 91, to accommodate both cruise ships and more cargo.
