To provide top-flight aviation facilities for LaGuardia Airport and its passengers, Hill, as part of a joint venture, provided integrity monitoring services, on an as-needed basis, in association with the construction of a new 1.3 million SF, 35-gate terminal building. In addition to the brand-new terminal building, the redevelopment program included newly constructed roads that will serve the new terminal, a new aeronautical ramp, and a new central heating and refrigeration plant along with other utilities and site improvements.
