Hill is providing program management services to Emaar Properties for the Dubai Creek Harbour Development project. This mixed-use waterfront development features 113 million SF of residences, serviced apartments, villas, branded hotels, and a lifestyle retail district. The project is comprised of 9 districts with a 30-year phased build-out. Key structures include an iconic tower aiming to be the world’s tallest building, a mega retail district, a sanctuary with exclusive villas, and a canal district. In addition to offering views of the creek and Dubai skyline, this project will provide commercial and retail space reflecting the region’s cultural, leisure, and educational values.

Notably, the project site sits alongside the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, home to approximately 450 animal species. Steps are being taken throughout construction to protect the area’s biodiversity and minimize environmental impacts.
