Hill provided program and construction management services for the design-build expansion of the Northern Quest Resort and Casino near Spokane, Washington. The project created a world-class gaming and entertainment center, incorporating a casino, hotel, luxury spa, and supporting amenities. Hill’s work included management of the process, oversight of the project team, quality assurance inspection, estimating, scheduling, document control, budget development and maintenance, management of FF&E procurement, and occupancy coordination.
